I ordered a kimono and a blouse from u on 23 of july and it was shipped on 25 and as you say it took 2-7 days to get. My order didn’t arrived and it keeps getting postponed and don’t know why, no one even called to tell me the issue and i tried reach out for you on instagram, you responded once and that’s it even you know i had an issue you did not get me updated… the customer service is so bad I didn’t know this will be my experience.
For the note, this is my second order from you, I ordered again because I thought you care about your customer even I don’t se this, also I saw people complain that you don’t respond to your dms in comments
